I joined Dakshana Family as a volunteer and I am overwhelmed by the fact that a very nice opportunity was given to me to join at its headquarter(Kota).
Initially I didn't know what I had to do.But its nice team members Mr. Ramesh Batijha, Trevor Baim, Mr. Sanjay Tiwari and Mr Ankit Agarwal made every motive and every step crystal clear. During my stay Mr Aveek Mitra joined too. I liked his nature also.I don't know how much my presence did matter to them but it mattered a lot to me. I found that the mentality of faculty members was to take into account every mental situation of their scholars.
During my stay in Kota, I found one thing common in every member -there was no boss and no junior.Everyone was just a Dakshana member.No place for 'I'. It was just 'We'.
Now my vacations are going to over but I promise to remain an active volunteer in Dakshana family and will try give my best effort whenever I am called for.
