Hi Folks:
Just a quick note. Today a good friend of mine (here in Southern California) was insistent on giving $5000 to Dakshana to fully fund one
scholar of our choice for one year. I told John that we weren't accepting outside donors just yet. Perhaps in a few months or a year+ - after we had real
datapoints that suggest we've got an approach that delivers compelling results.
John kept insisting. We finally agreed that he'll send a check that
I'll keep in my desk drawer and would send in to be cashed when we were "ready." So we have our first future outside donor!
It is very encouraging to
see such passionate support.
