The Dakshana Foundation envisions a strong emphasis on Donor Directed Giving in the future. The foundation would allow donors to partially or fully fund one or more Dakshana Scholars. Further, the foundation would make such giving free of any Dakshana operating overhead. So, if it costs $4000/year to support a Dakshana Scholar's direct costs (tuition, room, board, incidentals), a donor could specify the exact scholar they'd like to fund and to what extent.

Again, this is a future program. We are in start-up phase and want to make all mistakes with our founders' contributions.
